We’re looking for a skilled Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in leading daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, quality and a well‑organised service environment. This role is ideal for a hands‑on professional who thrives on the pass, develops junior chefs and takes pride in delivering beautifully executed dishes every time.
What You’ll Do
- Support the Head Chef in managing day‑to‑day kitchen operations and service delivery
- Lead the brigade during service and take responsibility in the Head Chef’s absence
- Guide and mentor junior chefs to maintain strong culinary standards and teamwork
- Oversee preparation, plating and presentation to ensure consistency and quality
- Manage stock, ordering and food rotation to maintain freshness and minimise waste
- Ensure stations are prepared, organised and fully stocked ahead of service
