Sous Chef – Residence

We seek an experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

Responsibilities

Assist the Chef de Cuisine in coordinating and supervising the running of the kitchen, maintaining standards and achieving maximum guest satisfaction. Report directly to the Chef de Cuisine.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a Sous Chef in upscale luxury hospitality or five‑star hotels.
• Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to work under pressure.
• Effective communication skills in English.
