I am hiring and looking for a Sous Chef who will be responsible for leading the brigade during dinner service, ensuring smooth operations, top-quality dishes, and clear communication across the line.
Working closely with the Executive Chef (and any senior sous/chef de cuisine), this role supports menu execution, production planning, and team development.
