Spa and Recreation Supervisor - Female

We are seeking a talented and experienced Spa and Recreation Supervisor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play an important role in overseeing the spa and recreation operations, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• To oversee the Spa & Recreation operations and recreation facilities of the Hotel
• Manage and motivate the team to deliver exceptional service.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
• Assist in creating and implementing wellness programs and packages.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.

What we are looking for
• Proven experience working as a Senior Spa Therapist / Spa & Recreation Supervisor or Similar role.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
