The Spa Guest Attendant is the dedicated presence within the relaxation lounges, amenities areas and locker rooms. The role is responsible for maintaining a serene atmosphere and providing personalized service with attention to detail to create a restorative, memorable guest experience while demonstrating genuine Ozarks Hospitality.

**_ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:_**

+ Warmly greet each guest by name and provide a personalized arrival experience.
+ Escort guests to the appropriate area—Men’s Locker Room or Women’s Locker Room—ensuring comfort and confident navigation. Assist with locker access and orientation; unlock lockers and restock as needed. Offer beverages, warm neck wraps, towels, and other comforts; anticipate guest needs.
