Responsibilities

• Welcome and Greeting customers. Attend service enquiry from customers or clients’ call. Answering phone calls to arranging appointment for guest and answering general inquiries.
• Responsible for the general hygiene and tidiness of the main waiting areas, SPA Rooms and outlet overall.
• Monitor outlets supplies/stocks and equipment usage level and balance.
• Perform Cashier function.
• Monitor staff comply with SOP and other customer service.
