As a Spa Therapist, you are a true ambassador of the Fairmont La Hacienda experience.

Responsibilities

• Consistently offer professional, welcoming, and engaging service
• Perform spa treatments according to established standards, with special attention to technical precision and guest communication for specific physical or cosmetic concerns
• Adapt music, voice tone, lighting, privacy, and safety to each guest's needs
• Advise clients on the spa’s treatment programs
• Prepare treatment rooms according to standards and ensure necessary stock is in place
• Recommend follow-up treatments and products after each appointment and guide guests in their choices
• Promote and sell spa products
• Maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness in all treatment areas
• Participate in daily briefings and follow up on guest requests
