What you will be doing:

• Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.
• Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendationsat the end of every treatment
• Take initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgrades
• Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up‑selling
• Working alongside the Spa team of receptionistsand fitness instructors in a team environment
• Other duties as assigned
