This role supports healthcare providers and provider offices by managing inbound communications through the Patient Contact Center. The associate serves as a primary point of contact for provider-related inquiries, including appointment coordination, patient access concerns, referrals, eligibility verification, and general support.
The objective is to deliver accurate, timely, and professional resolutions while ensuring an excellent provider experience and enabling seamless patient care coordination. The role requires strong communication, empathy, and strict adherence to protecting Protected Health Information (PHI) in every interaction.
