Spare Parts Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive, motivated, and motorsport‑passionate professional to join our organization in this role.

Responsibilities

• Main point of contact with spare parts suppliers: negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and reporting
• Direct contact with teams and clients: spare parts sales both on and off track
• Inventory management: warehouse and truck stock control, from goods reception to storage
• Logistics and administration: deliveries, customs procedures, and invoicing
• Preparation and maintenance of catalogues, manuals, and related documentation

Qualifications

• Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive mindset
• Knowledge of engineering/mechanics and administration
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• B1 driving license, and possibility to obtain C+E
