Job Responsibilities

  • Work with necessary departments to process the quotation of, build of, delivery of customer orders for spare parts and other miscellaneous component orders.

  • Assist with quote price and delivery of spare parts to customers and any appropriate representatives using Spare Parts and Service Quotation Form.

  • Use all interactive customer web sites to obtain orders and any other correspondence related to spare part orders (VAATZ, Web Quote, Covi Sint).

  • Enter, process, and release sales orders from customer purchase orders.

  • Follow-up on deliveries of purchase orders and job progress.

  • Coordinate and oversee shipping of spare parts orders.

  • Quote machine/fab detail prints.

  • Read detail & assembly prints.
