Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Sales Growth - Formulate and implement sales and business plans to drive revenue and profitability.
- Monitor, track, and review sales performance, taking corrective actions where necessary.
- Lead sales initiatives in coordination with the team to expand aftermarket parts revenue.
Marketing & Customer Engagement - Develop and execute marketing strategies to retain existing customers and acquire new ones.
