Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute daily production activities for steel fabrication and welding operations
  • Supervise fabrication of cooling tower structures, FRP components, and assemblies
  • Ensure adherence to WPS (Welding Procedure Specification) and welding quality standards
  • Monitor cutting, bending, fit-up, welding, and assembly processes
  • Coordinate with design and planning teams for drawings, BOM, and production schedules
  • Ensure on-time production as per project timelines and delivery commitments
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce rework
  • Maintain quality control standards and coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections
  • Manage shop floor workforce, including fabricators, welders, and operators
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices
