**Qualifications:**

+ **Minimum 1-year previous working experience as a Special Education Teacher**
+ Must have up to date certification in the state of **MN**
+ ** SPED positions for Lakeville require the contractors to hold their tier 3 or 4 educator license in the state of Minnesota**

**Responsibilities:**

+ Assist staff in defining and measuring behavior, understanding principles of reinforcement, identifying antecedents, teaching new behavior, and implementing strategies for reducing challenging behavior.
