Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing)
Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives
Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA)
Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement
Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment
Skills and Competencies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a highly regulated manufacturing environment
