Job Responsibilities
Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing) Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA) Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Typical “special processes” include:
Welding Heat treatment Surface finishing / plating Chemical processing Painting & coating Brazing Non-destructive testing (NDT) Composite bonding Cleanroom manufacturing Sterilization Position Requirements
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in an Aerospace or Manufacturing environment Education, Training, Licenses and/or Certifications
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Materials, Mechanical, Aerospace, Chemical, or related field) Skills and Competencies
