This role will be titled internally as Special Projects Lead, and is a part of our Special Projects Team. You will be part of a small and high impact team of commercially minded, strategic, and analytically driven generalists. We shape and deliver trajectory‑changing and business outcome focused projects across teams and at the Monzo level for C‑Suite, GMs and senior stakeholders in the different parts of our business like Core Banking, Borrowing, Wealth, Business Banking, Operations, etc.

To succeed, you should be excited about solving tough, ambiguous business problems with analytical rigor, commercial viability and execution effectiveness. You’ll be working on a wide range of projects, collaborating with partners and colleagues across areas like product, data and marketing; operating in a high‑pace and ambiguous environment.
