HammondCare Home Care is currently looking for Carers to join our team in the Upper Central Coast Region: Wyong, Canton Beach, Toukley, Lake Haven, Blue Haven, Charmhaven, Budgewoi, Halekulani, Norah Head, Gorokan, San Remo, Doyalson and surrounds.

We have Monday-Friday shifts available:

7am - 4pm OR 9am - 6pm

About the role 

You'll provide essential, practical care for older people, supporting them to live independently in their own homes and genuinely improving their quality of life. This includes not only day‑to‑day care but also building meaningful relationships and offering companionship. The role requires travel to clients’ homes using your own car (you'll be paid $0.99 per km plus paid travel time).
