What You’ll Do

• Perform new vendor setup and changes to existing vendors within PeopleSoft, Coupa and IMS.
• Manage data between key vendor systems and perform analysis/reconciliation on data contained within.
• Build relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate and recommend appropriate documents to support vendor payment setup. Escalate high risk vendor setups with a summary recommendation for supervisor/manager review and approval.
• Communicate revised requirements with vendors and follow through on the vendor setup process to ensure a positive vendor onboarding experience.
• Ensure vendor maintenance and other related key control activities are completed on time, accurately, and in compliance with departmental policies. Review key vendor incorporation and financial documents to ensure alignment with internal document acceptance policies and provide secondary review on some vendor setups and related documentation....
