We are looking for an experienced Specialist, Cloud Infrastructure to design, deploy, migrate, and support enterprise cloud infrastructure solutions for our clients.

This role combines cloud architecture, infrastructure engineering, operations support, disaster recovery, and client-facing technical consultation. The candidate will also act as a Deep Technical Support (DTS) and Tier 3 escalation point to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performing cloud services with minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Design secure, scalable, and highly available cloud and hybrid infrastructure solutions
• Develop cloud network architecture including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
• Support integration between cloud and on-premises infrastructure
• Prepare technical documentation including HLD/LLD, SOPs, runbooks, and implementation guides
