Job Description
Responsibilities - Diagnose and manage complex pediatric illnesses providing expert clinical opinions and treatment plans
- Lead and mentor junior medical staff fostering a culture of continuous learning and high-quality patient care
- Develop and implement specialized pediatric programs addressing specific health needs within the community
- Conduct advanced diagnostic procedures and interpret specialized tests ensuring accurate and timely diagnoses
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care strategies for critically ill or complex cases
- Engage in pediatric research contributing to the advancement of medical knowledge and best practices
- Educate patients and families on complex medical conditions empowering them to actively participate in care
