Job Summary

The Specialist / Engineer is responsible for providing Level 2 operational support for Core Network, Roaming Services, and VAS platforms, with a primary focus on international roaming services. This role ensures the availability, performance, and service quality of roaming services, including roaming steering, inter-operator connectivity, roaming-related signaling operations, and mobile security management.

Day-to-Day Activities

• Monitor and ensure the availability and performance of international roaming services across 2G, 3G, LTE, VoLTE, and 5G networks.
• Perform Level 2 troubleshooting for roaming-related issues, including attach failures, voice, SMS, and data service issues.
• Analyze signaling traces (e.g., MAP, CAP, Diameter) to identify root causes and support issue resolution.
