Job Description

Key Job Purpose
  • Regional Spare parts inventory management and planning
  • Management of spare part setting in ERP system for each Affiliates
  • Analysis of Spare parts replenishment for each affiliate and propose the solution based on varies source
  • Improvement of management of spare part with SCORP team in order to achieve go turnover ratio
Job Responsibilities 1. Spare parts management and planning
  • Work with SCM team to manage stock inventory
  • Maintain MRP for fast- and slow-moving items
  • Write-off products/materials for non-moving parts and/or discontinued/obsolete
  • Close monitoring - work with affiliates on MRP usage. Investigate and rectify issues if the affiliates are not using the MRP tool fully
  • Perform mass activation of new products/materials that will be provided by all manufacturers
  • Generating report for spare parts movement on a monthly basis
