Job Description
Key Job Purpose - Regional Spare parts inventory management and planning
- Management of spare part setting in ERP system for each Affiliates
- Analysis of Spare parts replenishment for each affiliate and propose the solution based on varies source
- Improvement of management of spare part with SCORP team in order to achieve go turnover ratio
Job Responsibilities 1. Spare parts management and planning - Work with SCM team to manage stock inventory
- Maintain MRP for fast- and slow-moving items
- Write-off products/materials for non-moving parts and/or discontinued/obsolete
- Close monitoring - work with affiliates on MRP usage. Investigate and rectify issues if the affiliates are not using the MRP tool fully
- Perform mass activation of new products/materials that will be provided by all manufacturers
- Generating report for spare parts movement on a monthly basis
