Aufgaben, Kompetenzen und Verantwortung

  • You will, together with Colleagues from all over Europe, steer 1:1 comm activities across the European markets, with focus on Legendary moments and with the goal to ensure a consistent approach along the Customer Journey.
  • You will oversee 1:1 campaign operations performance and will be responsible to steer third party agency on a European level for this domain.
  • You will exchange regularly with the Customer Journey Managers in the Markets to gather inputs and requirements and to showcase measures, results and insights.
  • You will define measures and action plan to boost Services 1:1 communication via all the channels for the European Markets.
  • You will steer loyalty programs across Europe, with the aim to reach an optimized and harmonized approach among the Markets, creating synergies and a consistent approach towards the customers, in close cooperation with our central function.
