Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and validate master data, article codes, spare part kits, parts lists, price lists, and backorder information in ERP systems.

  • Prepare analyses, KPIs, and reports to support operational and management decisions.

  • Process and manage customer orders, inventory checks, and invoicing.

  • Clean inactive or incorrect items to optimize inventory and reduce costs.

  • Create and maintain an overview of open backorders with prioritization and Handle incoming tickets (pricing, lead time, standard requests).

  • Ensure pricing stability and correct mapping for spare parts and serial items.

  • Perform pricing benchmarks against industry standards to identify optimization opportunities.

  • Maintain spare parts catalogues and related documentation (including image editing) after change management (ECR).
