Manage and process customer claims, ensuring accurate documentation and timely resolution.Maintain statistical keys and analyze return reasons.Create monthly reports on failure hotspots, anomalies, and warranty cost trends.Review and correct claim data to ensure accuracy and compliance.Verify pricing, due dates, and compliance before claim processing.Track and confirm the return of claimed parts. Qualification and Education Requirements:
BE/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Information Systems.
Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in spare parts management
