Responsibilities:
Preparation of consolidated financial statements of Evotec Group (listed on Frankfurt Stock Exchange and Nasdaq) in accordance with IFRS, including notes, disclosures, and management reportingEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements, stock‑exchange obligations, and internal reporting standards.Support in the year‑end and quarterly audit processes, working closely with external auditorsCollaborate with our Subsidiaries in all Group accounting and consolidation mattersReview internal reporting packages, ensuring data quality and consistency across the Group.Support in optimization of processes and procedures related to preparation of Group Financial Statements, as well as further development of our...
