Job Description
Responsibilities
- Conduct benchmarking studies on recruitment activities, integrate best practices to enhance efficiency and alignment with strategic goals, and translate findings into analytical reports and improvement recommendations.
- Prepare, review and update promotion and recruitment data, ensuring accuracy to support recruitment and workforce planning decisions.
- Support the organization in creating effective recruitment strategies in terms of candidate attraction, recruitment and selection.
- Analyze turnover rates across job categories, document findings, and provide corrective actions to reduce attrition and strengthen retention.
- Implement internal and external recruitment plans according to policies and procedures.
- Support sectional teams in creating awareness among employees about the policies and regulations of human resources work and ensuring compliance and proper application of HR policies and procedures.
