The IT Workplace/Infrastructure Specialist will provide day‑to‑day support to employees, including desktop, application, project, video conferencing and telephony systems support. They are responsible for deploying, maintaining and repairing the computer and network infrastructure of Commerz Global Service Solutions, exploring technical solutions, assessing applicability and making recommendations. The specialist must be a strong team player who collaborates well with others, guides the junior specialist, possesses knowledge of the security framework and system and is team‑oriented, organizing their own activities, working autonomously and with full accountability.
