What you’ll be doing

• Operating and monitoring the asphalt plant to ensure consistent, high-quality production
• Carrying out daily plant checks, maintenance tasks and troubleshooting issues
• Coordinating with dispatch, transport and paving teams to meet production schedules
• Ensuring all plant operations comply with safety, environmental and quality standards
• Maintaining accurate production records and reporting any issues promptly
