Key Responsibilities - HR Operations
- Manage the endtoend employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding and internal transfers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HRIS systems.
- Process payroll changes, benefits administration and compliance documentation.
