Responsibilities

• Share responsibility of the Consultant Physician for delivering high‑quality, evidence‑based, patient‑centered care.
• Serve as a clinical excellence model within the Division and contribute to supervising and training junior medical staff.
• Support and adhere to all hospital departmental and divisional initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Participate in the organization’s performance‑management system, including peer review and productivity and utilization review processes.
• Assist Consultant staff in ensuring adequate medical coverage within the Division at all times.
• Attend Divisional meetings as invited.
• Support reporting, investigation, and response to untoward incidents.
• Assume administrative or clinical duties as requested by the Consultant Staff.
