- Perform routine training administrative tasks to ensure HR training processes are completed accurately, on time and in compliance with established HR procedures.
- Prepare and maintain up-to-date HR Talent Development data, reports, and statistics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage Human Resource Development Fund (HRD Corp) administration, including applications and claims, and provide guidance on HRDF-related matters and latest circulars.

- Degree in Human Resources or a relevant field.
- Strong hands-on experience and expertise in HR learning systems, including SAP and SuccessFactors.
