Who we need
Education
University degree in a field related to policy, health, education, or business.
Experience
A minimum of 3 years or relevant experience (ex: in a health policy / systems related field or health care context).
Experience working with people with lived experience / volunteers.
Experience with stakeholder engagement.
Experience with developing policy briefs or position statements.
Experience with public speaking.
Knowledge or experience working with volunteers
Experience with program planning and evaluation is considered an asset.
Skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills in French.
Very good written and oral communication skills in English.
A high degree of independence, creativity, initiative, and accountability.
