The Specimen Collection Support Lead will work closely with Aegis Healthcare Clients, Specimen Collectors, Sales and Management and travel to multiple locations to Specimen Collectors in their assigned territory. He or she will on-board specimen collectors, conduct training, and ensure assigned SC's are up to date on all processes and procedures. He or she will also perform designated tasks and attend meetings, ensure site coverage, and support new client setup. The Specimen Collection Support Lead will also collect biological specimens at client sites as needed. Collection duties will include maintaining the integrity of the collection process, maintaining records for reporting purposes, obtaining initial insurance verification information for billing purposes, and packaging the specimens for shipment.
