Labcorp is seeking a Support Services Team Leader to join our team in **San Diego** **, CA** .

**Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday 11:00PM to 7:30AM, rotating weekends, additional days and hours may be needed based on business needs

**Job Responsibilities**

+ Assist in the supervision of theday to dayoperations of theDepartment

+ Help lead the team in their daily processes and procedures

+ Assist with preparation of laboratory specimens for analysis and testing

+ Oversee routing of specimens to their respective prep areas

+ Encourage process improvements and best practices

+ Perform quality assurance checks to ensure efficiency and accuracy

+ Resolve any production errors as requested by management
