Job Description:

This is a unique opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team of clinicians as part of a collaborative outpatient clinic for children with neurodevelopmental and mental health diagnoses. Therapists will provide a comprehensive assessment that may include: Psychology, Psychiatry, Mental Health Therapy, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, and Nutrition assessments.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Speech/Language Pathology from an accredited university program

• Speech Language Pathologist Indiana State License

• Must have reliable transportation, maintain a valid driver's license, and have valid car insurance.
