Scope of Work



Provides therapy to patients based on patient need and medical direction. Provides patient/caregiver education and arranges for adaptive equipment as needed. In addition, they will also participate and complete all required components of structured residency program.



Standard Qualifications



+ Required Bachelor's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

+ Preferred Master's Degree Graduate of accredited speech therapy program

+ Preferred Doctorate Graduate of accredited speech therapy program



+ 2 years of relevant experience May be part of clinical education experience Preferred

+ 2 years of relevant experience Home Care Only Required
