Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Speech‑Language Rehabilitation Unit to ensure operational efficiency and goal attainment
• Design, implement, and conduct activities adhering to current best practices in clinical management.
• Monitor and analyze trends in departmental key performance indicators
• Evaluate and diagnose patients presenting with mild speech-language and swallowing disorders
• Administer therapeutic interventions for patients with mild speech-language and/or swallowing difficulties
• Offer consultation and guidance to patients and/or their caregivers regarding mild speech-language and swallowing concerns
