Job Description
An independent orthopedic agency is hiring a Spine Sales Specialist to support and grow its spine portfolio. This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue, supporting surgeons in the OR, and expanding spine business across the territory.

Core Responsibilities:

- Maintain & grow existing spine accounts; build new surgeon relationships
- Provide in-field/OR support, product guidance, and case coverage
- Partner with sales team to drive spine revenue and expand footprint
- Support new product launches and cross-selling opportunities
- Track performance vs. quota and adjust strategy accordingly

- Field-based (hospitals, surgical centers, travel-heavy)
- Fast-paced, high-accountability, autonomy-heavy role
- Small, growth-focused spine team
