Agape Christian Academy is seeking a passionate and spiritually mature leader to serve as our next Spiritual Life Director . This individual will play a vital role in shaping the hearts and minds of our students through intentional discipleship, engaging chapel services, and biblically rich teaching. We are looking for someone who is Christ-centered, relationally driven, and deeply aligned with our mission to equip students to be a transforming influence in the world. Key Responsibilities Develop and lead a biblically sound chapel program for both campuses. Coordinate and speak at chapel services, while inviting local pastors and student speakers. Launch and manage a cross-campus small group discipleship framework. Mentor and train upperclassmen to lead peer discipleship groups.
