This is a full-time, on-site Sponsorship Sales Specialist role based in South Delhi with travel required across India.
The Sponsorship Sales Specialist will identify, research, and approach potential sponsors across IT & tech solution providers, banks, corporations, and other organisations aligned with the Forum’s programs and events. The role involves developing tailored sponsorship and promotion proposals, conducting sales presentations, negotiating terms, and closing sponsorship agreements that support events, initiatives, and long-term partnerships. The specialist will manage the sponsorship pipeline, track leads and conversions, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and ensure timely follow-ups and renewals. Day-to-day activities also include coordinating with internal teams on sponsorship deliverables, preparing reports on performance and revenue, and representing the Forum at meetings, events, and networking opportunities.
