Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Programme Management - Develop and implement a comprehensive sports programme aligned with the school calendar.
- Coordinate seasonal sports codes (e.g. athletics, rugby, netball, soccer, cricket, hockey, swimming, etc.)
- Ensure inclusivity across all age groups and ability levels.
Fixture & Events - Arrange inter-school fixtures, leagues, and tournament
- Organize internal sports events (sports days, inter-house competitions, fun days)
- Liaise and with other schools, sports buddies, and associations
Staff & Coaching Coordination - Appoint, manage, and support coaches (internal staff and external coaches)
- Ensure coaching and standards are maintained
