Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects. After Machine PM & changed material,perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP. Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition. Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste.
