We are seeking an experienced SPV Design Manager to join our Asset Management team in Christchurch on the Christchurch Men's Prison Redevelopment Project.

The Position

Reporting to the SPV General Manager, this role provides end‑to‑end design leadership on behalf of the SPV, ensuring design outcomes comply with the Project Agreement, Output Specifications and regulatory requirements, while meeting operational, security, buildability and whole‑of‑life objectives.

More specifically, you will:

• Facilitate effective Design Development and Reviewable Design Material submissions in accordance with the Project Documents and Design Development Plan
