Job Description
One of Airetel Staffing's valued clients is looking for a Sr. Accountant located in Montgomery, TX.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Accounting Operations
- Oversee weekly accounting activities, including payables review.
- Manage construction draws, and the related workflow.
- Maintain cost codes, job cost reporting, and GL accuracy within IES - Intuit's Enterprise Suite
Month-Year End Close
- Prepare and review month end and year end close entries, including accruals and adjustments.
- Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances.
- Analyze financial results and provide meaningful explanations to management.
