As a **Sr Advanced Project Engr** in the productivity organization, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders to gather inputs for supply chain, design, and manufacturing improvements. You will be responsible for managing teams to complete prework, running events, auditing events delegated across subject matter experts, and completing post event activities to load opportunities and into the pipeline for the execution teams.

The Event Project Leader acts as both the strategic driver and central orchestrator for key ideation events. This role ensures that savings generated from events are converted into successful seedbed ideas, events are properly staffed and scheduled, and cross-GBE ideation strategy is executed to maximize outcomes.
