Senior Associate Flight Scheduler

The Flight Department Scheduler is a critical, 24/7 on-call position responsible for coordinating all aspects of company air transportation for the company's most senior executives, including the Chief Executive Officer. This role is dedicated to ensuring the efficient and effective use of company aircraft while maintaining strict adherence to Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Regulations, and providing a seamless, no-fail airlift experience.

The Scheduler/Dispatcher works closely with the CEO Office and other senior members of the CEO Staff to support the organization's highest-level travel needs.
