Role Overview
We are looking for a highly analytical professional to join the team in a Partner Incentive Operations role. This position will act as the financial and logical backbone for managing and operationalizing

incentives, cashbacks, and revenue share models

across partners.
The role requires translating complex business agreements into

accurate system logic and financial outcomes , ensuring that growth initiatives are executed with strong control over margins and payouts.

Finance

BI/Data teams

→ data validation and insights
Acts as the
