Job Description
Responsibilities - Lead end-to-end HR projects, from scoping and planning through to implementation and post-implementation review
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and manage project timelines and resources.
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies proactively
Policy Development - Review, develop, and implement HR policies and frameworks aligned to organisational strategy and regulatory requirements
- Conduct environmental scans and benchmark against industry and healthcare sector best practices
- Engage stakeholders to build consensus and secure buy-in
- Monitor and update policies in line with changes to employment legislation, organisational decisions and sector guidelines
